Vietnamese Women’s day is coming soon, we gathered together to read books about mom and tell stories about our beloved moms also. The stories not only have meaningful message but also inspire us to come up with ideas of making handmade gifts for our moms.
With clay prepared by teachers, flowers and leaves collected in the garden, our 2 years old kids could make their colorful greetings cards. Some children made special fruity cupcakes and carefully wrapped in paper bag as a gift for mom. Besides, as we have been learning about healthy body and healthy foods over the last few weeks, Bamboo class decided to set up a grocery store then went shopping to pick their mom’s favorite vegetables and put them together like a flower bouquet for their mom.
Through these activities, we hope our children will realize that besides saying nice things and giving big hugs to each other, we also can make handmade simple but meaningful things to express our love to our beloved ones.
On the occasion of Vietnamese Women’s Day, Amanaki School of Vietnam would love to thank all the women for always caring and making us feel loved every day, we wish you lots of happiness and health!
